INSTALLATION

  Just copy Big5HKSCS.pm and Ebig5hkscs.pm to your @INC directory.
  for example, to C:\Perl\site\lib

SUBROUTINES

  Big5HKSCS::length(charstring)
  Big5HKSCS::substr(charstring, charpos, charlen)
  etc
