openbabel-devel - Development tools for programs which will use the Open Babel library

The openbabel-devel package includes the header files and libraries
necessary for developing programs using the Open Babel library.
If you are going to develop programs which will use this library
you should install openbabel-devel. You'll also need to have the
openbabel package installed.
